The holes are normal and are intentional. It is not a defective ball and therefore no reason for complaint!

Not too high air pressure!

Ball bounces easily with lower air pressure for maximum grip and performance.

Do not let air out completely.

Our recommendation: 0.1 to max. 0.2 bar!
